Update: Too bad that I cannot get a campground spot in, or around Leesburg.  Motorcycles are not welcome! Mad

But, I got a room in Tavares, which is not too far from Main st, Leesburg. Smiley
Hopefully, everything will be fun after all the campground hassles. Grin
Here is the plan; I will leave Jupiter, FL @ around 9am on 04/23, and I will ride home around 11 am on 04/24/10.
See you there, if you are going! Clap

I am back, and there is not much for me to talk about this rally. Smiley
I am not sure why they call it Bikefest, but there is no bike competition in this rally. Huh?
Mainly, this rally is selling merchandise and drink.  There are several little live music bands, and some side-show, but they appear more like for a general fair, then a motorcycle rally. Cheesy
It almost impossible to find a soda in this rally; beer, beer and beer! Lips Sealed  This is kind of funny, but it is the fact based on my observation; there is NO good looking women.  Most of people in this rally are seniors, and it seem odd to me.
The best part of this rally is my bike has been running perfectly. Smiley
Too bad that I couldn't get a campground, or hotel for two days, so I have to go home early. Grin
In verse to the Key West poker run, I am not sure what picture I am going to take in this rally. Smiley
Any way, it has been a good ride for me, after more than year of not riding for more a couple of hundred miles. Smiley
The conclusion is I am not very impress with this rally.  I have few pictures in the Leesburg Bikefest Album 2010, and they are not very good quality, but it will give you an idea. Grin

Beer and bikes do go together:-)
Sounds like one giant yard sale.........
Well you did have the one gal who wanted her picture taken...

I think she liked you Grin

Glad the bike ran good...how many miles was the trip?

I was working...mulching while you were having fun....... Mad

Well ya got away for awhile and that's all that matters.......................

Well! I do not drink (quit), so I don't care about the alcohol part. I am also not sure that riding (bike) and drinking (beer) have to be together. Smiley
The gal does not like me for sure; it is just no one takes her picture. Huh? and the trip is around 450 miles round trip, so it is a short trip for me.  But, something is better than nothing. Smiley
Next project is I will load up my trailer to around 400 lbs, and pull with this bike to see how it will handle.  This test will determine either I will ride the bike with, or without the trailer in August. Pray
Take care buddy!

When you say you are gonna load up your trailer to 400 pounds..do you mean gross weight? How much does the trailer weigh?Another dumb question...have you pulled a trailer before on this bike?
With the trip ya got planned a trailer will be nice to have..sure beats setting up a camp every night.
