  • Thanks so much for sharing this fantastic trip!
I couldn't stop reading the whole thread. :) and of course, all the beautiful photos that make me want to get on the road again.
I am from Utah, and I wish I can get back to my state again. Next time, you may want to ride the Wasatch Front (Little Cottonwood) and head south. It is a nice route through the mountain, too.

    Thanks for the tip, Nick.
Utah or Arizona is usually the end point of our trip and we rarely have much time to explore the State more. It takes right at 8 days to get out there and back from Indy and we don't often have more than a week away from work.
In September of this year, we'll be going out to Moab and Ouray on our dirt bikes (mine's an XR650R Honda) and we'll have some more time to cruise around on the trails and dirt roads of the area.

  • Welcome to the group Earache...nice pics and easy to follow story line. I agree Indy to Denver is not something easy to stay awake on...I live in Cincinnati and that ride to Indy...lucky if I make it to the first rest area west of Indy before I need a nap ;D The rain storms as you were saying seem to last all the way.I went to Utah several times and rain is in the forecast.
Like your video and choice of music...very nice.
