  • Thanks, guys!

Actually I was in that part of US once (but a little different path - LA-Las Vegas-Monument Valley-Grand Canyon-Yuma-San Diego-LA). That time I was on the south rim of grand canyon, so this time I want to check a north one. Is there a big difference between them?

PS: In google maps i found "Craters Of The Moon National Monument". Worth it a little detour from the main route?

  • Thanks, I'll definitely check Hoover Dam. As far as I know there are a lot of national parks - why Zion is special?

    Thanks )

Pardon my newbie-ness for jumping in and being so late to the party, but...

Zion is very cool as it has natural geologic features that are unique to anywhere else in the USA or World. The Valley that you go into after the first couple of tunnels (heading south) is spectacular...

Like all of our National Parks, traffic can be bad at times, but not horribly so.

  • Welcome and thanks much for sharing some nice photos.
Zion is always one of my favorite places to explore.
BTW, it's a nice bike you have there.
